Hi Robin…it is interesting that I would read your heart touching, but extremely frustrating, post this morning. I am finding that I experience more and more synchronicities these days…
I have two very close sisters. One of them is 100% on our side of this issue, the other is 100% on the sheep side. Needless to say at first there was a lot of attempts to convince the sheep sister to see the truth, and she just wouldn’t budge. She and her husband (a retired scientist) are vaxxed to the max. She is a hard core liberal as well which I only mention because she has dumped all of the stuff criticizing the vaccine, the lockdowns, the restrictions, etc. into the Trump bucket. Just the other day I sent her a Neil Oliver video, which I actually thought she would resonate with (his one about getting closer to nature, farmers plight, etc.) and she wouldn’t even listen to it because she “knows who Neil Oliver is” (assuming that means she read somewhere he was right wing.)
The reason reading your post is synchronistic to me is that I just had my last altercation with her last night and I am very sad about it. I know that I still love my sister and would move any mountain for her if she needed me to, but I now no longer trust her. She is lost. I will never speak to her again about anything other than cats, the garden and squirrels.
I find this splitting of families to be the greatest damage caused by this insanity. It is like we are literally dealing with zombies now…and I imagine it is similar to what a handful of Germans went through during the Nazi era. This utter blindness and departure from anything that does not fall 100% in line with the narrative they have chosen to be loyal to is astonishing. It truly is like dealing with a cult member.
